The role

Responsible for the short- and long-term capacity planning on site and point of contact for all department coordinators of the Operations departments.

Key accountabilities

• Ensures optimal staffing on the various projects and services, in close consultation
with Operations Manager;
• Anticipate on time the expected problems and consequences with regard to the
total staffing;
• Ensures sufficient hired personnel in the event of under capacity and, in the event of
overcapacity, ensures the optimal deployment of its own personnel for prepared
maintenance work or lends its own personnel where possible;
• Coordinates and implements the days off/holiday planning of all operations
departments;
• Organizes training/courses for production and service personnel in collaboration with
the HR Manager;
• Assists in adjusting the deferent work schedules timely;
• On request and in consultation with the Operations Manager and the Managing
Director, supports the HR department where possible.

Skills & experience

• Bachelor's degree (HR related is an advantage);
• Technical affinity;
• Mastery of the Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish language;
• Extensive experience with MS Office software applications;
• Good communication skills;
• Flexible attitude.
