We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator – international mobility projects, who will function as a bridge between the Human Resources Team and the Purchase and Sales Department. Your role will be, among other things, to find business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Proactively look for business opportunities in the market;
  • Contact potential customers through various means of communication (phone, e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Present and represent the company towards and in relation with potential customers;
  • Identify customer needs;
  • Build long-term relationships with customers;
  • Negotiate international mobility contracts with potential clients;
  • Organise and coordinate the entire recruitment and selection process according to the contracted projects for international mobility;
  • Coordinate the induction process of new employees in order to facilitate their integration into the project;
  • Coordinate the activity of drawing up and managing the personnel files and their evidence according to the legislation(individual employment contracts, additional documents, termination decisions, seniority certificates, medical certificates, etc.);
  • Facilitate obtaining all the necessary documents needed for relocating the selected candidates;
  • Ensures the correct interpretation and application of personnel policies;
  • Represent the company in relation with public institutions, consulting companies, local and national authorities, on matters regarding the mobility projects.

Profile

  • University degree (Human Resources, Law, Economics);
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a coordinating position in human resources;
  • Knowledge in human resources management, labour code, personal administration;
  • Knowledge of sales & negotiation techniques;
  • Knowledge of the environment and the dynamics of the labour market;
  • Very good PC operation skills;
  • Good organizational capacity, attention to detail, ability to analyse and discern;
  • Very good communication, networking and teamwork abilities;
  • Positive attitude and abilities to mobilize both himself and others;
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken;
  • Competence in taking decisions and setting priorities;
  • Organizational capacity;
  • Positive thinking, openness, capacity for continuous learning, initiative, loyalty to respect the company’s interests.
