The role
The Engineer Structural delivers independently, on time and with good quality engineering products.
Key accountabilities
- Is added to a project team by the Technical Manager and receives the project assignments from the Team Leader.
- Plans own daily activities within the framework of the Team Leader.
- Prepares his/her own tasks and ensures a realistic own planning of work.
- Independently designs and/or models (especially complex) shipbuilding structures/systems.
- Independently draws up (especially complex) sketches, drawings, calculations and lists.
- Generates workshop information from models
Skills & experience
- Knowledge at the level of MBO4 / Bachelor degree in Shipbuilding.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive working knowledge of yacht execution details.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience in the use of Cadmatic Hull and Autocad.
